Notice of Special Meeting on Tuesday November 20th, 2018
Deerfield Township, OH — November 16, 2018— The Board of Trustees wishes to announce that they will convene a Special Meeting on Tuesday November 20, 2018, at 11:00 AM. Meeting will be held at 9277 Centre Pointe Dr., Suite 300 West Chester, OH 45069.
Innovation Way traffic switch scheduled
Warren County (Friday, Oct. 19, 2018) - A traffic switch is scheduled on Innovation Way between Western Row and Socialville Foster roads beginning Wednesday Oct. 24.
Various lane closures on Innovation Way from 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24 until 7 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25. Once complete, there will be a slight shift in the traffic pattern, with one lane in each direction and dedicated turns at Western Row Road still in place.
In addition, various lane closures on Western Row Road between Cintas Boulevard and Kings Island Drive nightly from 9 p.m. until 7 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23 through Saturday morning, Oct. 27.
Also, close the ramp from north I-71 to Kings Mill Road from 10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 until 5 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26. Traffic will be directed north on I-71 to SR 48 to south I-71.
Captain Dennis Waldbillig Retiring After 43 Years Of Fire Service
Deerfield Township, Warren County, OH: Deerfield Township Fire Rescue Captain Dennis Waldbillig will retire October 5, 2018 after 43 years of public service.
Growing up in a family steep in tradition of the fire service Waldbillig initially began his career in high school as a cadet for Sharonville Fire Depart in 1974 helping maintain equipment and fire hydrants, including the rebuild of a 1952 Mack firetruck. In 1975 Waldbillig officially became an active volunteer firefighter/EMT. The next summer in 1976 started as a security officer at Kings Island. During that time he completed training to become a Warren County Special Deputy and was grandfathered in as an EMT.
