Warren County CARES Act Grant Program Re-Opened Until 5pm November 17th

WARREN COUNTY, OHIO: This morning, the Warren County Commissioners announced that the CARES Act Grant program will be opening for a second round!  The second round application period is open now and closes at 5:00pm next Tuesday, November 17th.  Program materials and guidelines can be found on the CARES Act Grant Program tab here: https://www.co.warren.oh.us/CovidUpdates/CARESActGrantProgram/Default.aspx.  Below are some highlights of the program guidelines:

 

Eligible applicants:

 

  • Small Businesses (50 FTEs or less)
  • Non-profits (50 FTEs or less)
  • Childcare providers (Type B, home-based and center-based providers)
  • Volunteer-based non-profits are also eligible to apply through a separate process.  Details can also be found at: https://www.co.warren.oh.us/CovidUpdates/CARESActGrantProgram/Default.aspx.
  • **Applicants can still apply even if additional assistance such as PPP, EIDL, or other local grants have already been received.

 

Maximum Grant Amounts

 

  • Small businesses with 1-25 FTEs = $5,000
  • Small businesses with 26-50 FTEs = $10,000
  • Non-profits with 1-25 FTEs = $5,000
  • Non-profits with 26-50 FTEs = $10,000
  • Type-B, home-based childcare providers = $2,500
  • Center-based childcare providers = $10,000
