Lane Restrictions on Fields-Ertel Road between US Route 22-3 and Rich Road

Warren County Engineer, Neil Tunison announced on Thursday that from Monday, April 11th through Friday, May 6, 2016, traffic on Fields-Ertel Road will be restricted by flaggers.

Duke Energy crews will flag traffic around the work area in the vicinity of Columbia Road (Warren County) and Lebanon Road (Hamilton County). This travel restriction is necessary so that Duke Energy may place new electric poles and power lines to make room for a traffic roundabout to be constructed in a joint project by the Hamilton County Engineer’s Office and the Warren County Engineer’s Office scheduled later this year.

The $2.64 million project will be funded with grants from the Ohio Public Works Commission with local match funding by Hamilton County and Warren County.

Some traffic delays, especially during peak travel hours, should be expected.  Please be mindful of the flaggers and construction area, and as always, please slow down when driving through a construction zone for the sake of everyone's safety.
