Kensington Lane Restricted to Entrance Only

 

Lebanon, Ohio – Deerfield Township, Warren County Ohio, Ohio – Kensington Lane, just east of Snider Road, will be restricted to an Entrance Only beginning Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, for two (2) weeks, weather permitting.  All traffic exiting Kensington Subdivision will need to utilize the access at Snider Road.  The access restriction is to allow the Contractor to continue to construct the north side of the widening of Fields-Ertel Road.  

 

This project is being constructed by the John R. Jurgensen Company for a bid amount of $18,611,588.44.  This project is funded by the Federal Surface Transportation Block Grant, Ohio Public Works Commission, Deerfield Township Trustees, Symmes Township Trustees, Hamilton County Engineer’s Office, and Warren County Engineer’s Office through the Warren County Transportation Improvement District.

 

The detour for the exiting traffic of Kensington Lane will not be posted but all residents should utilize the Deer Run Drive or Homecrest Lane access at Snider Road.
